He has earned the reputation of being one of the most knowledgeable Inland/Ocean Marine persons located in Tennessee. Bob, a native of Philadelphia, PA, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from St Joseph’s University. He has participated in CPCU and has taken numerous courses related to his specialty. He is a US Army veteran having served his country in Vietnam.
